Q) How can I pay to buy your samples ?
A) It's very easy. We process all our payments with Paypal :
1 - If you have a Paypal account, you can pay with the funds you have in it or with the Credit Card or Bank Account registered for this account.
2 - If you don't have a Paypal Account, you can use Paypal as a usual Credit Card processor. No need to open an account. Just pay securely with you Card. Just look for the sentence "Pay without a Paypal Account", that you generally find at the bottom of the Paypal payment web page.

Q) I have not received my Download Link in my email box. Where are my loops?
A) Some spam filters and email programs will move our email into a bulk folder, a Spam folder. Just check this folder and you'll find your links and password. If you don't find it, contact us at our Paypal email address from the email address you have used for the payment. We'll check if you have paid (of course) and if you have, we will send you all that you need to get your samples.

Q) Do you use my email address ?
A) Definitely no ! We won't give, sell or use your email address that is and that will stay completely confidential.

Q) Can I use your samples in a commercial project ?
A) Yes, of course. All our samples are original and are our exclusive property. Nevertheless, in no case you can resell or distribute any of them. But you can use them in any original production, as they are Royalty free.

LICENSING AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE
The samples and Loops that you purchase from Hardloops are licensed to you, not sold to you. Hardloops owns and reserves any other rights not expressly granted to you. All lending, trading, renting or reselling of these sounds is prohibited by the international laws. The sounds can be used for commercial or non commercial use and can be sonically manipulated. Hardloops does not grant the licensee the right to transfer this material to another user or for another competitive product.

Q) In what file format are the loops, the beats and the samples that you sell ?
A) All our Loops are in WAV format exclusively. All our intrumentals are in MP3 320kbs.

Q) Will your samples, beats and loops work in my music software ?
A) Generally yes, but it depends on the software you use. The WAV files tend to be the most compatible type of files for almost all audio applications, but we encourage you to check in the reference guide of your software before purchasing anything on our site, as no refund will be accepted after payment.

Q) How do I select and buy your samples and loops ?
A) Simply find the package you need and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Repeat this for all the packages you want to buy. When you have finished, click on the "Checkout" button and you will arrive on the Paypal web site. Then, just follow the instructions to pay on the Paypal web site. After the payment, you will receive the download link at the email address you have provided.

Q) Is my transaction secure ?
A) Paypal is the world leader for the online payments so be sure that you will have no problem with your payment.
